Eurica holds a special place in our hearts! Crafting this wine was an absolute joy, where we embarked on an adventure experimenting with various winemaking techniques. About 40% of the beautiful and carefully picked clusters went through a true, 15 days, carbonic maceration before being destemmed, crushed and fermented on skins for about 6 days. We, then, pressed the skins, and went through malolactic fermentation in barrels. EURICA aged for 9 months in neutral french oak barrels.

This aromatic journey unfolds further with cool layers of fresh black bush fruits and hints of graphite. On the palate, Eurica 2021 presents itself as opulent and powerful, striking a harmonious balance between acidity, roundness, and a silky structure. The refreshing and invigorating aromas contribute to Eurica's exceptional length and distinctive personality.
